From the pictures in the article it is obvious where all of the food went.
I would say that an appropriate punishment would be to lock them in a room and starve them but it would take years.
There’s very little fat on the forehead. A 38 cal should work nicely. Drop what’s left off in the pasture. Worms and varmits gotta eat too.
