I don’t know of any FFL store or dealer who’d sell a firearm without first going through the FBI database or the NICS.
Exactly. Now if the guy was a felon and not allowed to buy a gun...then yes an investigation would be warranted. This is just a scam to shut down what is probably a very big gun dealer out west and hoping MAGA will go along with it since the gun was used to attempt to murder Trump.
