haha, my 1200 sq ft ranch I was living in in 2000 in Sunnyvale was over $600k back then... Today those homes are nearly 3 Million.
Building smaller homes isn’t going to fix the problems in California....
Sounds like the house my folks rented when I was born in 1961. There were four of us, and one small bathroom. One car garage. The house is still there, just as it was and is now worth a small fortune.
