Here is Barack Obama giving an interview to NPR—unwittingly revealing the conclusion of the CIA’s Intelligence Community Assessment, claiming Russia helped Donald Trump win the election—before they had even started the work.

So he tells NPR he expects to see the CIA reverse itself and conclude that Vladimir Putin tried to help Donald Trump. The problem is, the CIA hadn’t really even started the work—it had just gotten going. And he’s so embarrassed that he comes back later and tries to walk it back a little bit, saying they still want to see where it goes. It is the sort of proof that John Durham should’ve found in his investigation.”
