Yes. I constantly have to pick up trash out of my yard that blows in from the street where ‘people’ just throw their candy wrappers and chip bags and whatever else they are eating out of. Didn’t use to have that problem......20 years ago .............
Mexicans are especially keen on changing their kid’s diapers in public places and then leaving that soiled diaper on the street or on a lawn. What a quaint, vibrant culture!
