If they had cheered for Germany or Japan back then they would have found themselves on the wrong side of a firing squad. Ahhh,the good old days....😏

FDR was a pretty darn good wartime president. He rallied the country, which was easy to do because of Pearl Harbor. Then he asked Congress for a Declaration of War. Everybody was on the same page.
None of this is happening today with respect to Iran. I’m not saying Trump is therefore in the wrong. I am saying he’s not holding the same cards FDR did.
