This is a stupid prosection. Regardless of what anyone thinks he meant, the message was sufficiently ambiguous that the case is going to be tossed at some point. It's going to be a failed prosecution that the left will use as propaganda to argue that Trump is weaponizing the justice system.

I agree the chances of conviction are zero. I believe James Comey could shoot a conservative in the face and not be convicted. All law now is political. There is no law. If Cole Allen had succeeded in murdering the President, it would be 50/50 for a conviction. There’s a good chance one or two DC jurors would simply nullify, thereby hanging the jury.

This is a political indictment. Good! It should be brought. It demonstrates these bastards are inciting violence against are side, as we all know they are. Splash it all over the media. The DOJ, I believe, has said they have other evidence besides the shells themselves. Good! Bring it out, show these lying murderous bastards for what they are.
