As desperately as I want that to be true, I’m not sure it is. I’ve been scouring the internet for verification and I can’t find any. I can only find that Jack Smith has been referred to the DOJ for prosecutorial misconduct.

No, he did not. In fact, he just started a new law firm in December. Also, the ABA has no authority to disbar anyone anyway. It is not a certification authority.
