... but what I think is really happening : This is the end of the prep phase. All those who have resigned were in charge of laying the groundwork for arrests and prosecution. That’s the phase we’re entering now. Just my guess.

Re dismissal of case against Kilmar Garcia:

What wasn’t in the link above was that it was dismissed on the grounds of “VINDICTIVE PROSECUTION”
