I believe Obama and his handlers had a massive, sustained appetite for direct military engagement, that is how they maintained the status quo, harvested humans for trafficking from war zones, along with funds for 'war,' all of which ended up places undocumented. Yet, Obama decided to seek airstrike authorization from a Congress he knew to be opposed rather than proceed with his initial plan. All the 'right' (i.e., Black Hats) moaned their shocked disapproval.
I think Obama probably had 'help' changing his plans. Perhaps the patriot military restrained him, just as the military wouldn't allow Biden to give advanced weapons to the Ukraine to start war with Putin. The military knew neither were legitimately in office so it would be illegal for them to knowingly obey illicit military orders to start a war.
I do wonder if Obama was used for comms on on August 28, 2014. This was the date upon which Obama shocked part of the citizenry by delivering a public address on serious matters of state while dressed in a 'tan suit.'

I imagine that if the Deep State expected to start a war, they didn't have alternative plans ready in case the military refused to fight/die for them (i.e., no strategy).
I don't believe the narcissist in Chief would wear that suit - when I located the photo it was worse than I thought. It was light enough to make the whites of his eyes look bleary and emphasized the redness. The color was wrong for the occaision, for his coloring, for his ego. It so happens he was delivering an important address on
Russia's incursion into Ukraine and the latest on the Islamic State at a news conference on Thursday afternoon, the two issues in which he was disappointing his usual cheerleaders. I now wonder if that was comms - patriots in control (i.e., 'not presidential', 'not Obama', 'not his choice'). I dunno - the suit is a minor matter but I had to mention it.
The MSM appropriated Obama's 'tan suit' moment to exclaim that the biggest scandal ever attributed to Obama was his decision to wear a tan suit. It may have been a minor scuffle in the culture wars, but the timing is compatible with Obama's apparent departure from the Black Hat itinerary. Obama had not forwarded the US/NATO effort to involve the US in the Ukraine/Russian war as expected, and he would not do so during the rest of his presidency. Obama never sent lethal weapons to Ukraine. He sent approximately $600 million dollars in other forms of support, but apparently the military never let him send 'the good stuff' (advanced weapons, warheads to threaten Moscow etc.), just as they never allowed Biden to send the 'good stuff'. Obama spent about the same amount of money, and sent roughy the same type of support to Ukraine as President Trump provided. Patriots in control.
I'm not sure what type of control the White Hats excerted over Obama beyond refusing to comply with demands for weapons or strikes. But the military would have to have grounds to demonstrate the order given to arm or fight were not valid. Perhaps they did not display their hand (i.e., knowledge of Obama's extensive crime), and instead displayed one item which would allow them to refuse to arm to fight Syria, and yet allow Obama to continue on in the belief that Hillary's election would free him of any legal problems when she was elected in 2016.
Perhaps, the military gave Obama's foreign birth, or something limited, as their reason to refuse to arm him re Syria and refuse to arm the Ukraine after all the time Obama, Hillary, Barbra Nuland and others spent overthrowing that country. Imagine what would have happened had the military tried to remove the imposter from office at that point in time? The country was still wildly divided, indoctrinated, and celebrating the 'First Black President.'
The appearance that Obama was still in control was needed to sustain the Plan to Save the World, as far as I can tell, because Hillary was being taken down. The White Hats needed to trace the handlers, not just the puppets, destroying our country. Simply removing Obama with ample cause, and removing Hillary, and DOJ plants far and wide, would leave the system which was controlling the US and nations around the world in place. That system would replace one set of pawns with another, and another as needed. So I'm not sure how the White Hats used Obama, and when they no longer needed him, but he is gone.
The White Hats deceived the Black Hats into believing they could still steal the 2016 election. That seems to mean Hillary and Obama were both in the belief she would win and resolve these issues. For that reason, I believe her arrest in Sept 11, 2016 was limited in some way so that she believed that could she win the 2016 election, she could shake off these charges (i.e., rule the world). That's just one of an array of interpretations in play, but it preserves the most detail (fewest inputs into the strategy). At this point, the fact that lawfare continued against President Trump in spite of anything threatening Obama and Hillary gave the Black Hats confidence they were still in control. Recall Obama gave the orders to investigate Trump. Yes, Black Hats knew that CEO's, DOJ people etc. were taken down, and even that Hillary was taken down, but their lawfare plans continued against Trump, they believed they still had enough control to take 2020 for themselves. Orange Jump Suits would have destabilized this appearance - classifying takedowns and sealing indictments kept the White Hat strategy to uproot the system going.
I believe Obama was gone before Biden took office. Recall that in early Q, 'these people' were trying to communicate through alternative means - they couldn't just call and chat, and they could no longer email each other. How might 'Obama' or whomever was orchestrating his image at that point, convey to Black Hats that it was safe for them to make their move with their next puppet, Biden? Obama could hint to Black Hats that he was still running the show behind the scenes.
In a variety of public statements, (including in a November 2020 interview Stephen Colbert and others, e.g., 2021 CBC interview with Matt Galloway, "The Current"): Obama joked about missing the intellectual/policy side of the job but not the ceremony. He said something along these lines:
“If I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front man or front woman, and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff, and then I could sort of deliver the lines, but somebody else was doing all the talking and ceremony, I'd be fine with that.” Because he found puzzling out big policy issues professionally satisfying.
Obama liked the status, the 'power suits' and AF1 etc. The idea that he'd just sit in his basement in a track suit, working on tough policies as President because it was entertaining, always struck me as bizarre. But assuming Obama was gone at that point, and not holed up with Valerie Jarret a few miles from the Capitol, would allow the White Hats to continue documenting foreign enemies controlling the White House under the Autopen regime. 'Renegade' could transmit whatever orders that account received from China/NATO to the Autopen regime.
The man representing Obama most recently is young, patient, and lacks the hatred one could often see in Obama's eyes. I believe Hillary was executed for her crimes against humanity largely based on Trump's hint about July 2023, and his remark, "That was a great day." I note the text in the Q drop featuring McCain's 'last photo' uses the phrase, "What a wonderful day.' A total of 14 Q drops include that phrase. I wonder if some of those instances refer to other executions.
My timeline for Obama no doubt needs work, but some basics are in place (started by 2014 and ended by 2020) and 'The Won' is not around anymore. There would be no reason to keep him alive, much less let him wander around, traveling to meet with enemies, working to kill Trump and overthrow the country, torturing children etc.
When President Trump displayed his captives (i.e., 'special guests') at his 2025 inauguration, I wonder if there were still some handlers left who were stunned to see 'Obama' and others, e.g., 'Hillary' at Trump's 2025 inauguration. If none of the foreign enemy/handlers were left at that point, then those 'special guest' captives were likely just comms for anons. "White Hats won." Now, we're watching the rest of it unfold against Iran and whatever hold outs are still around who need 'mopping up.'
