Enough to convince a grand jury?
I read that Comey feigned ignorance of the eliminate or kill usage of the term 86, but then it came to light he had previously made postings about 86ing this and 86ting that in contexts that contradicted his claim of ignorance. As part of the FBI, he would certainly know the darker connotation of the term. I don’t think they expected President Trump to be so resilient and still be around now. Oops for them.
My guess is that they have hard evidence of really bad stuff on him, and this day at the beach thing gives him an opportunity for a plea deal if he pleads guilty on that day at the beach stupidity. If not, they have some big-fat charges for perjury, treason, conspiracy, and based on his own burn bags in his own writings.

This will lead to nowhere. Only good for lawyers.
In Russia it’s worse. Posting a photo of sea-shells won’t get you arrested, however holding a white paper in protest against the government will get you arrested.
