They briefed Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton's plan to, quote, tie Trump to Russia collusion lies. Who was that person?
My guess - Soros. I posted a video statement by Dershowitz in which he said he had proof Soros told Sotero to investigate Trump. May be related.
