Its all there : espionage, sedition, treason, violation of civil rights under the color of law.
Hang them all.
Oh, I’m not saying there aren’t a whole bunch that deserve to swing, just that it is incredibly unlikely that any of them ever will. In fact, I seriously doubt any of them will ever see the inside of a prison cell, or even face indictment.
