The FIFA security zones take up a significant portion of the parking lots. They've been telling folks this for months. I don't agree with a $100 train ticket, but there is a rational basis for expecting more train riders.

Parking prices for any events are ridiculous now. Prices in Memphis average $40-$50, even for minor league baseball games.
