Autopen while useful should never be used for presidential orders.
if the President cannot sign it him or herself than it is not worth signing.
if they have too much to sign that they just cannot, well it is not important is it.
if a president is so disabled that he cannot sign something, he should not be president.
all things a president signs should be immediately uploaded to the white house website with a video in high resolution of said signing and also the signed document so we can transparently see what our president has signed in real time.
If AI is used that is Treason, and a fast track to a death sentence within 90 days.
