He is not a Japanese citizen, why not deport him if he is being a nuisance?

Maybe he is a US service man?

Well, I assume you mean deported from this nation? Also, he is living in Souel South Korea, and was traveling in Japan. So, yes he is not a Japanese citizen.

His real name is Ramsey Khalid Ismael, and he was born on September 26, 2000, in Phoenix, Arizona.

He holds American nationality and has been identified as a Somali-American with mixed heritage, including Ethiopian roots.

Despite his controversial activities in South Korea and other countries, he is consistently referred to in legal proceedings and media reports as an American citizen.

But is he really? It really depends upon the citizenship of his parents when he was born, and the ruling about birthright citizenship that the Supreme Court is ajudicating currently.
