Message: Faribault, Minnesota is the epicenter of a $2.6 million Somali Medicaid fraud scam. Eight Somalis, two of them named Mohammed, stole hundreds of names to fraudulently bill taxpayers for phony invented “rides, interpreters and acupuncture services.” Also part of the initial $250M Somali meal tax dollar fraud.

The massive n/p Somali fraud claimed to be providing free meals to thousands of faked Somali kids who didn’t exist came via the “Somali American Faribault Education (SAFE)” headed by Mohamed Hussein and Lul Bashir Ali, who pocketed $5 million tax dollars for meals, claiming their restaurant with 9 tables, served meals to 1,600 children——a total of 700,000 meals.

The Somali American Faribault Education (SAFE) nonprofit also claimed to be providing meals to 2,500 children a day. Sizable kickbacks were paid to a Somali man who fled to Somalia when the threat of jail surfaced. The obedient Minnesota Post praised the Somali takeover and hailed SAFE, claiming that it “provides refugees with ESL programs and connects them to jobs”.

As well, the media hailed ‘Somali Community Resettlement Services’, linked to a phony meal site that claimed to be offering 2,000 meals a day. ‘Somali Community Resettlement Services’ solicited nearly $3M tax dollars for “free meals” and Somali elected officials proposed laws that would pour millions of tax dollars into the greedy Somaii organization.

The Somali fraud penetrated Faribault public schools. Investigators are looking for the missing $1 million tax dollars purportedly “to stop Somali drug abuse.” The tax dollars were solicited by a Somali named Lul Bashir Ali, identified only as a “Somali mother.”

There is something in the water in Rice and Steele counties, MN. Perhaps tied in with Lutheran NGOs bringing in illegals.

I escaped MN to FL before 2000, but still have friends and extended family as captives from ‘da Range, south to Owatonna and Faribault. I watch MN politics closely. This tugged at my memory so I dug into my files:
