A Lowes or Home Depot should be able to hook you up with a proper contractor. The cost? I have no idea. How badly do you want that antenna set?

Lots of good suggestions! I've been operating on an off center fed antenna for a while. It is good for 6 meters to 40 meters. The vertical would be 10 to 40 meter coverage with a better "take off" angle. The deep hole with concrete is necessary to handle the wind in SE Idaho. I'll call around to see if I can find interest in some of the suggested contractor resources.
