I wonder why the cops focused on Tiger and not the other vehicle in the accident with the trailer. No breathylizer or urine test or investigation of the other vehicle? Why not? Was the trailer conforming to the law, with orooer brake lights that were all working properly? Did the cops even think to check the brake lights on the trailer?
If you scroll down about halfway you will see a picture of the crash site with the truck and trailer. It looks like Tiger side swiped the trailer as the tail lights appear to be in working order. It is clear from the picture that Tiger lost control of the SUV in the no passing zone and put it in it’s side..
No need for brake lights:
