You can buy huckleberry cocktail syrup (e.g. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CEOBKY/) but if you really want a fine huckleberry gin and tonic ... you have to melt a little huckleberry jam (preferably made by a grandmother in Montana or Idaho) yourself : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi63zbQj32o
