This is a classic example of a “tyranny of the minorty” issue. And if Republicans give them an inch on this issue it will open the floodgates for the future. Republicans need to stand strong.

I had an old book called "55 Men and the Constitution" by Rodell. It's an easy read book of the notes of the men who wrote the Constitution. It warned of the time when the have nots outnumber the haves....and that's where we are....or so it seems.

The book is cheap and worth the read. It may even be on line by now.
