Trump moved Obama's official portrait from its prominent spot in the White House Grand Foyer (where recent presidents' portraits traditionally hang) and replaced it with a painting of himself fist-pumping right after the July 2024 assassination attempt in Butler, PA.
Later, he relocated Obama's portrait (along with the Bushes') to the top of the Grand Staircase, out of public tour view. The video shows the updated interiors.

I think s/he will be pleased. Not doing too well together.

Me and my family toured the WH last summer. It was already a very cool fait accompli.

I’d put Barky in the men’s head. Above the waste basket.

I was there in May. We were so honored to pose next to the portraits of Hillary and Big Mike on opposite walls of the then-extant East Wing

When I watched the “Melania” movie, I noticed in the movie the Obama painting was in the foyer, but then remembered that the movie was filmed in the 20 days leading up to and including the Inauguration, and figured that the portrait would not be there for long.

If there was an honest portrait of that demonic Obama creature with the flies circling his forehead, then sure, lets leave it in the main hall for the tourists.

I love it. He should use the Clinton photo with Ol’ Slick in the blue dress.

One thing in his favor. He is not subject to the many Jesse Watters swipes against Gavin Newsom for always tightly crossing his legs together at the crotch like a woman.

Or place it above a urinal with Big Mike’s picture in place of a urinal cake.

I read an article that Trump placed various presidents and founding fathers at key locations in the hallways as he left his office and headed down to the Oval Office to remind him of those that had gone before, and guided the country to creation.
IIRC, George Washington is the first one, Thomas Jefferson is prominent too.

I thought Obama wanted a hedge portrait for the White House, but I guess it was for the Smithsonian:
