It’s Bigfoot season in Ohio.
Numerous reported sightings of the hairy beasts — which are said to be up to 10 feet tall — have been reported in the gloomiest corner of the state, leaving believers on edge.
Some are even suspecting an entire family of Sasquatches could be migrating through the region.
At least seven Bigfoot sightings have been reported across northeast Ohio since Friday, according to the minds at the Bigfoot Society, with most of the encounters coming between Akron and Youngstown in Portage County.
One of the latest alleged incidents happened Monday evening in Streetsboro, with the witness insisting she hadn’t seen any of the other reports of the sightings.
“They were passing the Tinkers Creek area when a 6-and-a-half-foot lean, brown bigfoot appeared in their lane but going against the flow of traffic,” the Bigfoot Society’s Jeremiah Byron said.
“They were so close that the witness said that her daughter could have reached out and hit the Bigfoot with her arm.”
“She was so freaked out she couldn’t turn around and go back — she is not a Bigfoot person,”

I’ve often thought it strange now that most people have a really good camera on them at all times, that photos of Bigfoot and UFOs have greatly decreased.
There are Bigfoot “sightings” or rumors pretty much everywhere in the country including FL, Arkansas, TN, Texas, etc.
I remember teens fifty five years ago dressing themselves up and walking down the highway at night. Some dressed as gorillas, some wrapped themselves in aluminum foil from head to foot. Best spots was on a sharp curve where a you step out from behind a tree and frighten someone when their headlights hit you. Gave the news papers something to frighten the public with. Never any photos.
Truth. I worked with a guy who saw one when he was 8 or 9 in NC. He smelled him before he saw him - he and his brother were at his grandmother’s house playing outside. They both smelled this strong, skunky smell and saw an 8+ ft animal walking upright like a human, quickly, in the distance and disappeared in the woods.
This guy was the BEST guy to work with and extremely trustworthy. His entire demeanor changed when he talked about his encounter. I absolutely believe him.
I read Ivan T. Sanderson’s book on bigfoot 60 years ago. They are supposedly in all states. I have lived in a rural area of several states for 79 years and have NEVER seen or SMELLED one.
No they haven't. However the advent of Gen AI has thoroughly muddied the waters as to render such evidence a chore to separate the wheat from the tares.

People posting on FB about suspicious people or vehicles at Walmart and no one ever thinks to take a picture....because it is fake.

That simply is not true. Legends of bigfoot have been passed down for generations.
There have been Bigfoot sightings in Texas, Florida and all over the country.
not ONE decent photo or video, despite every single person in the country having a high resolution photo/video camera on them every moment of every day Same thing happens with UFO’s. Most sighting overwhelm people to the point that taking out their phone to snap a pic just doesn’t happen.
If I step out anywhere that close to traffic there will be thousands of individual pictures of me within seconds.
Maybe they’re fleeing the Northwest b/c of lefty policies and sky high taxes.
Bound to be more sightings of them in Florida, Texas and Tennessee.
Can’t say I blame them...
