So if a woman is drugged and carried into an apartment or a Hampton's house, they are to be blamed?

As a woman, if I were single, I would be mighty particular about going to a man’s apartment or whatever. Naturally, I don’t know the particulars of the case, but I’d have to know a man pretty darned well before I went to his apartment. But then, I’m old school.
