With a derelict mall attached? Could be a downside.
No...not derelict yet. Like I said...Louis Vitton,Tiffany’s,Gucci,Nordstrom,Apple etc still there. But if empty storefronts become more and more common who knows what it will look like in 10 years...or even 5 years?
