I have watched britbox and acorn

Worth the fees to watch their old films and series, Dont bother with any of their new stuff... after 2015 or so.
subscribe to one at a time. Once I finish watching all their vintage programming I end. The new stuff is horrible.

What I want more than anything else is for Turner Classic films to turn into a streamer.

"Turned it into over $100 million."

AI gave me a slightly different estimate:

"Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have a combined net worth of approximately $60 million, which comes from various media deals, business projects, and personal earnings. Before marrying Harry, Meghan's individual net worth was around $5 million, primarily from her acting career."

My original statement stands. Their celebrity status was short-lived and their importance is shrinking.

You asked a different question. No conflict.

So, they spent some and paid some taxes.

Netflix seems to be a lot like Twitter before Elon bought it. Incredibly overstaffed with lots of people who provide no value to the organization, but pretend to play office worker during the day.

I had never heard of this "brand," so I had to run right out and look it up. I could not believe it--they're peddling tea, wine, and...$20 leather bookmarks.

Finally some sanity. She is more deplorable than Michelle and Hillary combined.

There are a lot of good series but I actually find I watch more on Prime. Prime is also convenient as you can say add-on Britbox, teletoon, ect. It’s quite easy to manage as you just go to Amazon to stop subscriptions whenever you like. Sometimes when you cancel you get cheap limited time offers.

Well being a star wars and avengers fanatic I will keep Disney. I have pretty much finished re watching their catalogue - from Dumbo to Moana 2. So now I’m just there for great Star Wars series.

My wife loves Britbox. We find we do a binge of Paramount series, and then just cancel. Then rotate say to Britbox for a couple months.

Reading the headline, I couldn’t help but hear the sad trombone going: “Womp womp womp!”

Acorn might be part of your rotation, they have some good shows, not as deep a selection as britbox, but still pretty good.

Yes, my wife is the big fan in the house for the British stuff. I like it but find a couple things unrealistic. For instance towns with under 100,000 people having a murder every month. And it still irks me that detective don’t carry guns. There was even an episode where a detective got tossed like a rag doll over a balcony. If the had a gun.....

Individuals pay $100 to $300 a year for Netflix, and this talentless grifter and her very own Rain Man get millions? If she can’t cover it with a measurable bump in viewers and subscriptions, she gone.

I thought TCM was already streaming on several platforms under various licensing agreements. Doesn’t it also have a standalone service to which you can subscribe?

Have not seen that .
