Apparently, I was unclear.

As I understand it, the stupid CEO wrote a stupid memo and is now asking that his stupid memo be ignored. It’s water under the bridge. It’s ancient history. He says he wrote the memo a whole 6 days ago, so we should all forget about it.

My feeling is that he’s an idiot and his memo was sent less than a week ago and his attempt to sweep it under the rug is pathetic.
