Was that a walking path, a bicycle path or both?
The incident involving five-year-old Neia and the cyclist took place on Christmas Day 2020 in the High Fens (Hautes Fagnes), a nature reserve in the Liège Province of eastern Belgium.
The incident occurred on a snowy walking path within the nature reserve. It was not a designated bicycle path.
Why want to know? Either way how could it possibly justify kneeing A five-year-old?
