Kalshi is a regulated exchange
Any word from said regulators yet or is it too early.
Sounds like Kalshi was trying to “regulate” their losses.

Gambling is a criminal enterprise. Legal or not. Expect the outcomes one gets by dealing with criminals.

Kalashi has done them dirty! A morals clause, long after they have collected all those individual bets?
What branch of the government can be expected to go after them? I think the Better Business Bureau only advises.
Maybe Consumer Protection Service will lead the cause.
Does Kalashi really think they’ll get away with this?

I’m not much of a gambler, 30 plus years of being an engineer, kind of beat that vice out of me.
However the bet was placed for the leaders “removal”.
He wasn’t removed, he was killed.
By the bookies rules, death didn’t count.
Read the T’s and C’s.
