the Iranian people (by and large) are good people and they just want to have the same liberty and freedom we have. Their women and girls want to be able to go out into public without having to fear if they'll be arrested and beaten (or even killed) by the "Virtue Police".

All undoubtedly true - but all also undoubtedly true of the Iraqi people victimized by Saddam for decades. We spent twenty years of American blood and treasure to free them - how's that working out for women in Iraq currently?

As long as we confine ourselves to airstrikes and support for Israeli airstrikes, I'm on board - hopefully the Iranian people will rise up and depose the regime. But no American boots on the ground - and I don't believe Trump will ever agree to that either.

I'm with you! I hope and pray the Iranian people will rise up and throw out the Ayatollahs and form a decent government. Wow! How wonderful that would be!
