ollowing an obvious terror attack in Austin, Texas, Governor Greg Abbott is sounding the alarm on the threat of Iranian sleeper cells and other “lone wolf” Islamist actors:
‘Exactly what happened here in Austin, Texas, and you oftentimes see when there’s a war breaking out like this, where the United States may be going against a country like Iran, that you could have either sleeper cells or lone wolfs [sic] acting,’ Abbott continued.
The threat is not new, and it’s not surprising. Just last year, the Institute for Economics and Peace released a report on new data from the Global Terrorism Index (GTI), with these key findings:
The Sahel region remains terrorism’s epicentre, accounting for over half of all global terrorism deaths
Islamic State (IS) expands its operations to 22 countries and remains the deadliest organisation, causing 1,805 deaths, with 71% of its activity being in Syria and DRC
Tehrik-e-Taliban (TTP) emerged as fastest-growing terrorist group, with 90% increase in attributed deaths

Officials said Diagne was a Senegalese-born immigrant who came to the United States in 2000 on a tourist visa. He got a green card in 2006 after marrying a U.S. citizen and became an American citizen in 2013.
Any suggestion of assimilation reveals it was all a lie.
Chris Swecker, a former assistant FBI director, warned of the creation of sleeper cells as well as the number of Iranians who had illegally crossed the U.S. border and had not been detained:
‘We know that they have cells here. We also know that there are lone sympathizers, many of whom have come out in these protest groups,’ he said — claiming that the open-border policies of the Biden administration were a gift for would-be terrorists seeking to infiltrate the US.

The writer points out a key feature of Islamic indoctrination. At one point, outwardly, a Muslim may appear mostly normal. However, perhaps due to certain moon phase or whatever, out of the blue a Muslim can snap like a mad pit bull intent on carrying out Allah’s mandate to kill as many kaffirs as possible. Time to stay armed where possible and very vigilant of your surroundings.
