Interesting. The AI would also have to understand its own force structure and how to apply it to the enemy. Know thy enemy, know thyself and in a hundred battles you will never be defeated.
Knowledge is NOT power - it is A power.
'Knowing' that you are equiped for a 30 day war and 'knowing' the enemy is prepared for 60, will NOT win you all the battles you need to be victorious overall.
