LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A Lake Charles woman was charged after prosecutors said she threatened in a social media video to kill ICE agents if they went into her home.
Alex Taylor Fontenot, 27, was indicted on one count of threats in interstate commerce on Feb. 4. If convicted, she faces up to five years in federal prison and three years of supervised release.
KPLC obtained a copy of the Instagram video that prompted an investigation by the FBI.
The following is a transcript of the video.
“Hey, ICE, guess what? This message is for you. Don’t come to my house if you’re planning on leaving alive. I’m [expletive] crazy. You stepped foot on my house, you’re leaving in a body bag. I’ve been waiting for the day that I get to pew-pew a tyrannical government uprising. And guess what? My dad just pew-pewed and murdered my mom. So I have all this built-up rage and anger. You come to my house, you’ll actually be helping me aim it in a positive direction. Don’t worry, no one will get hurt. You’ll be dropped like flies immediately, so you won’t feel a thing. The GOP had ample opportunities to abolish the Second Amendment before they realized that what they’re doing is going to cause a revolution from the American people against the tyrannical government. So come to my house, please. I beg you. I beg you. I beg you. ‘Cause you’re not leaving. It’ll actually be very therapeutic for me. My therapist did recommend that I find a hobby or a healthy outlet to release my pent-up rage and anger into. So ICE, if you walk into my house, count your [expletive] days because you’re turning into my hobby. So Camille, this goes out to you for helping me find my next outlet.”
Fontenot referenced the October shooting death of her mother. Fontenot’s father was arrested after allegedly killing his wife before trying to kill himself.
In a screenshot of the Instagram video obtained by 7News, several hashtags are listed in its caption, including “#[expletive}ice,” “#abolishice,” “#tyrannicalgovernment,” “#revolution2026″ and “#impeachtrump.”
If she ain’t a dyke now she will be one in Federal prison.
L
Crazy eyes.
She seems nice.
But I’ll cut her a break given since her dad killed her mom.
And she’s one of the saner AWFLs. They all need to be shipped off to an island somewhere with their therapists who are just as crazy
So I guess she changed her mind about shooting feds when the real deal showed up on her doorstep to arrest her.
Pretty indefinite threat. I don’t know that they can make it stick in front of a jury. But the other side aren’t the only ones who can take advantage of the principle “the process is the punishment.”
Agreed.
Too Stupid to know what she’s doing is Stupid and Illegal
Ya her mugshot is like D’oh dude ,LOL
“My dad killed my mom so I am going to virtue-signal about ICE”. The hate has eaten their minds.
I hate to agree, but it sounds similar to "going out in a blaze of glory" comments from our side. I'm surprised they arrested her, but maybe it will shut down some of the violent rhetoric from the left. Notice no more churches have been stormed since the apt Justice Dept response.
Also, is anyone sick of "pew-pew" as a synonym for "shooting"?
(I’m ... crazy.)
Well she got that part correct.
What’s her DU screen name?
Her father shot and killed her mother. No wonder she’s afraid of people breaking into her house.
My therapist did recommend that I find a hobby or a healthy outlet to release my pent-up rage and anger into
I keep asking - if NOT for social media, what would all the crazies be doing?
A great punch line would be if she was illegal and deported because of these threats.
