Bon, I remembered that you had some sort of citrus fruit and posted a picture here on the thread!

I do not know if sugar would do it...this....along with dozens of other recipes...is on my sometime in the future cooking and baking schedule!

(You could also use your lemons to make the Double Lemon Chess pie further back on the thread!)

Pete - I’ll have to check that out! My dad loved lemon meringue - not my favorite..

I did make lemon curd and everyone loved it. I have so many lemons right now they’re falling off the tree and I can’t keep up.
