You pay $50 or $60 a year and if you need a ride to a hospital you do not have to pay a $3,000 or $4,000 transport bill or any part your insurance would not cover. Since it sounds like its the way that they transport you It might be worth looking into! (Easy to justify this small expenditure since it helps keep the flights running and helps other people!)
