It wasn't publicly documented while the DOJ was still run by Obama and Biden.
But once President Trump cleaned the DOJ, the documentation that exists has begun to surface. Frazzledrip was originally leaked by the unfortunate police horrified by watching the video.

You seem to be saying that Boebert is part of this scam? Or that Boebert doesn't have evidence, so she just used her time asking about 8ch rumors? Or maybe you think Trump is going to let Hillary skate and no one is watching? If so, I can not agree. The fact that Hillary was forced to appear at all (and Bill) shows she's not in control.

Multiple copies of that insurance file exist - and it was on a network regularly updated to synchronize all the copies, so the Deep State top tiers always had updated blackmail on each other.
Trump is president. Patriots are in control - this is public exposure in a Congressional hearing, this is not Ken Starr saving his life by covering for BilL CLinton and Hillary's murder of Vince Foster.
The only reason Hillary skated through the Weiner Laptop exposures, the mid-year review, Uranium One, is that the deep state controlled the White House, Soros, DNC, DOJ and its FBI etc. Her massive network of protection is gone.
