PBS made a 4-part series “Mr. Bates and The Post Office” in 2024 and it would have been horrifying to watch except we in the US had been dealing with Covid gaslighting for 4 years by then. Redress for the wronged British post-masters has not yet occurred for the most part.
It’s a very well-done documentary if you are interested.
