1) DELOITTE IES has people eligible who are known to be dead.
2) DELOITTE IES has DUPs. Sue Smith, Susan Snith, Susan JoneS-Smith have the same DOB, SSN, address and are the same person but have 3 ID, 3 benefits.
3) DELOITTE, Nursing homes, other contractors and Providers downstream from DELOITTE are paid CAPITATION for each dead person, each DUP.
4) Providers are paid for goods and services provided to the dead and DUPs.
5) Waste, unnecessary cost exists to Gainwell Technologies, insurance companies and other contractors downstream who receive the garbage data from DELOITTE.
6) Both state and Federal agencies have excessive costs due to the garbage data.
7) Statistics and decisions are faulty due to the bad data of DELOITTE.
