Among the ironies here is that the evicted tenants pay taxes, yet are unserved by their government, while the homeless who do not pay taxes, but siphon away the taxes others pay, are given preference.

Elimination of the middle class and replacing it with people who will never be productive.

I live in MD not far from PG county, trust me those evicted will vote straight blue again, they will not give up on the hope for free stuff. Not to mention the inherent racism of their culture will drive them even deeper blue with a cult mentality.

It seems anything bad for the law abiding, upstanding U.S. citizen is good for the Democrat party.

“Turns out that the complex has been besieged for years by a nearby homeless encampment that is “a haven for gangs, drugs, and prostitutes”

I would have taken care of that.

How many people being evicted from that building voted for the Democrats who run the state and county? Probably a lot. Will any of them change their voting patterns as a result of being evicted? No. I just had a conversation with a friend last night about this. His mother is a hardcore Democrat living in a Dem-dominated county who is complaining to him that her property taxes have skyrocketed and she is worried that she doesn’t have enough money to live. He tries to be sympathetic but at one point he said something like “you keep voting for the people who raised the taxes.” She immediately went on the attack to defend the county officeholders and attack Trump (as if he had anything to do with county property taxes).

Hyattsville? Has already long been a dump and coming soon to Arlington and Alexandria, Virginia first. Sell your condos and rental properties now.

If 86% are Kamalites, look for sympathy elsewhere. I wouldn’t lend money for repairs, either.

Back in December, some 100 families living in the Marylander Condominiums complex were told they would have to leave their homes because the building was deemed “unfit for human habitation.”

Why would these people who OWN condominiums deserve compasion or have their PROPERTY protected by evicting the drug abusing squatters?

They are rich, productive property owners.

They can buy property elsewhere, where they can pay higher taxes to the state.

Now the State can buy the property cheap or take it for delinquent taxes, pay for repairs and improvements and use it for low income housing for the very people that made it “unfit for human habitation”in the first place.

A fun future TV show:

In a near-future city where the justice system is overwhelmed, a new “Fast-Track” law allows private recovery agents to collect bounties on unhoused individuals who have outstanding warrants for minor or major crimes.

Unlike traditional bounty hunters who wait for a skip, the Homeless Hunters are “proactive,” scouring tent cities and abandoned tunnels to find “hidden” fugitives for a quick payday.

Main Characters

Jax “The Hound” Miller: A cynical former detective who lost his job and his home before turning to hunting to survive. He knows the streets better than anyone because he used to live on them.

Echo: A high-tech “spotter” who uses illegal drone feeds and facial recognition to track targets through the urban jungle.

Detective Sarah Vance: The “by-the-book” foil who believes Jax’s team is exploiting the vulnerable, setting up a recurring moral conflict.

Series Plot Points

The High-Value Target: The pilot follows the team as they hunt a “ghost”—a man with a massive bounty who has disappeared into the city’s vast underground sewer network.

The Ethical Twist: Jax realizes one of his targets is actually an undercover cop whose precinct “burned” his identity to get him out of the way.

The Rivalry: A ruthless corporate-backed hunting firm enters the “market,” using lethal force and high-end gear, forcing Jax to decide if he’s a hunter or a protector.

The Survival Game: In a mid-season finale, the hunters become the hunted when a group of street-dwellers, led by a former special ops veteran, traps the team in a “kill zone”.

The DemonKKKrats are evicting the condo owners and getting cheap ownership of the condos by condemning them because they let gangs, drugs, and prostitutes ruin the property value and cause millions in condo damage. I would say that Prince George County is liable for $millions because of their neglect. $Millions!!!
