It really is eye-opening that theft on this scale can happen at FedEx. The whole purpose of FedEx is to track packages. If even one package is not delivered, they investigate and should have talked to this guy to figure out why. The fact that he had a whole storage unit full of undelivered packages means the FedEx system is not all that its cracked up to be.
Good point—I bet his supervisor is not the brightest bulb...
Lol.
I’ve had packages delivered to the wrong address but once the driver marks it as “delivered” your access to their tracking system ends right there. It is very difficult and time-consuming to get to a human. Easier to just get a replacement and everyone will assume it was stolen by a porch pirate. Just not but the FedEx guy.
FedEx is largely a subsidary of the dot Indians now.
Well it sure took a long time for Tom Hanks to be
rescued in Castaway - and that was a plane full of
FedEx packages plus a very expensive plane no less!
/sarcasm off
Likely he recorded and photographed it as delivered and then walked back to his truck with it.
But hey, he has a picture of it left at the residence. Some porch pirate stole it or the customer is lying.
“”The whole purpose of FedEx is to track packages””
Sole purpose? Track packages? Strange statement....
I had a complete set of Michelin tire disappear into the fedex black hole. Showed as delivered. Vendor shipped another set but as far as I know the original shipment was never located.
FedEx has an Indian CEO who has been busy replacing Americans with fellow Indians.
