Ditto. We get deliveries from FedEX, UPS, Amazon, and USPS. I can’t even remember when we didn’t receive an order. Amazing, really.

Yes. So I am guessing out of Billions of packages flowing through delivery system, 0.005% missing is normal. I am sure Fedex knows who was responsible for the missing items, and they probably fired the worker and will not bother with prosecution since that cost will far exceed value of items list.

I do lot of shopping online with Walmart. Walmart has its own local delivery system and has missed a few items. Walmart is very quick in issuing refunds without hassle or arguments, when that happens.
