I had a new computer get burned up in a FedEX tractor trailer fire years ago. The shipper was reimbursed through insurance and they shipped another new computer after two months of haggling with them. :-)
But through Walmart online or store shopping. Walmart will take back any item without arguments or issue refunds for damaged items online.
