Interesting. My mother died at 89, same age I am today. But she had Korsakov’s Syndrome, which means that her brain was fried on alcohol. My MD says I’ll live to be 100. Going for it with organic everythng, no saturated fats, only a rare glass of chardonnay, months between glasses. Weigh 112.
Need more exercise though. I think that’s the key to longevity..
