Agree. That was a very good book.

Peck got himself in trouble though. I knew him and was headed to see him when he died. He got stung by evil as his soul wounds left him vulnerable. Success is poison when encountering dark spirits.

I still have several copies of that book and share them with people who are seeking to understand the psychology of evil.

Wow. You were lucky to know him. I read People Of The Lie several times, when I was in my 20s. It helped me a lot.

I do remember something untoward about his final years, but I'll have to look it up.
