You need to look at what is now budgeted, not was given in past year. For 2026, the EU and UK combined have budged $52 billion, the US has only budgeted $400 million. Trump has all but cut off aid to Ukraine.
The Europeans are buying US weapons, then giving them to Ukraine.
So your budgeting needs to account for the indirect transfer process used by Trump.

Most of z's ministers, his PM, the oligarch that launched his political campaign, chief of staff #2 man - all found to be corrupt. But, z is as pure as the driven snow. 10s of thousands of military aged men are fleeing the country, and thousands in the army are deserting. But, Ukraine is somehow the cause we need to dump our treasure into. We'd get better use out of putting those billions of dollars in a pile and burning it - at least it would provide warmth.
