The bulk of the conventional weapons is now being provided by the Europeans or the Ukrainians themselves, who have ramped up their weapons production. And the biggest killer on the battlefield are drones, which the Ukrainians are manufacturing themselves. And finally, the Ukrainians are starting to develop their own long range weapons. This is not 2022. The Ukrainians are no longer dependent on US aid and would continue to defend themselves if we cut off all aid.
