Reparations bills are unconstitutional because:

<><>and profits those who were never themselves victims of slavery
<><>the burdens are unfairly carried by a distinct class of the citizenry
<><>solely by innocent individuals that were not perpetrators of slavery.
<><>This amounts to unequal treatment by the state, and is unacceptable.
Pretty much all my family arrived here around 1900, well pass the civil war!
No Mayflower people in our family tree!
