Boo hoo. These whiners should have experienced the “judging” when the USSR was in the Olympics. It is impossible to take judged events too seriously. Timed and measured events are the only remotely fair ones. I only watch the skating for the chicks’ legs.

There's a very good reason behind the "East German judge" cultural reference becoming so prominent in the '80s and '90s for incidents where bias and scoring manipulation are obvious.
