LOL. It drives me mad, too. Now and then, I get to talk with a very helpful agent. But, usually, I have difficulty getting through.
And it’s every business - banks, insurance companies, internet service providers, etc.
To make matters worse... Now, they don’t want us using their websites, either. Instead, they want us to download their apps onto our phones and do business with them that way.
Has all the technology made our lives easier? I’m not so sure. These days, I long for a simple life.

No kidding. I think of that all the time. The “black desk telephone” days were good. People engaged with people. Our enemies were not able to organize like they can today.
