I’ve asked Brits why Robinson changed his name. I’ve gotten several maybe believable explanations. Most plausible is so he can disassociate himself from his past petty criminal soccer hooligan past & British National Front past. Not sure I buy it but there it is.
I would like to agree with you. I don’t know much about Tommy Robinson beyond that is not his real name and he sat in jail/prison for some while for presumably only calling this out. The UK needs all the real men they can keep around, they appear to have a shortage willing to stand up.
So what if Tommy Robinson is a soccer hooligan? That may explains why there's some "spirit" in him.
